Darshan

Sarva Darshan is the free darshan where in the pilgrims wait for their turn to catch the glimpse of Lord in the compartments of Vaikuntham Queue Complex. Sarvadarsanam means 'darshan for all'. The entrance for this darshan is through the Vaikuntam Queue Complex. The complex is a series of inter-connected halls that leads to the main temple. An efficient queue system ensures that pilgrims move in an orderly fashion through the Queue Complex, towards the main temple.

Sevas

On any day the arjitha sevas that are performed to the presiding deity of Lord Venkateswara commences with Suprabatham, followed by Thomala , Archana and finally concludes with the Ekanthaseva.
However after archana some arjitha sevas are also performed to the processional deity of Lord Venkateswara, also popularly known as “Malayappa Swamy” includes, Kalyanotsavam, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Dolotsavam, Vasantotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara seva.

Suprabhatam

'Suprabhatam' is the first and foremost pre-dawn seva performed in the temple of Lord Venkateswara. This ritual is performed at Sayana Mandapam inside sanctum sanctorum to wake up the Lord from His celestial sleep, amidst the rhythmic chanting of vedic hymns.Every day in the early hours acharyapurushas recite the hymns beginning with 'Kausalya Supraja Rama Purva Sandhya Pravarthathe’ in front of the main deity at Bangaru Vakili, while on the other hand, a descendant of Tallapaka Annamacharya sings some songs penned by the great saint poet in praise of Lord Venakteswara at the first corridor of the sanctum sanctum at the same time.



Archana

Archana refers to the recital of various names of Lord and seeking His divine blessings for the prosperity of the entire humanity.
Also known as Sahasranamarchana, this arjitha seva deals with the recitation of 1008 glorious names of Lord. The important feature of this particular seva is that the divine blessings of Lord are invoked in the Names and Gotras of the grihasta pilgrims who take part in this seva by paying requisite amount.

An Appeal To The Senior Citizens And Differently Abled Pilgrims

  • Must be completed 65 years of age for Senior citizens subject to production oftheir identify proof.
  • If Husband or Wife completed the age 65 years, their spouse will be allowed, subject to production of theiridentity proof.
  • The differently Abled persons must produce physically challenged certificate issued by the respective Medical Board along with their identity proof.
  • Attendants will be allowed to those who have crossed 80 years of age.
  • Patients having permanent health hazards like Open Heart surgery, Renal failure, Cancer, paralysis, Asthama, Daiyalasis will be allowed on production of relevant medical records.
  • Once availed this privilege darsan facility, the next opportunity will be available after 90 days only.
